Technology development is a wonderful achievement that has brought significant benefits. However, it has not made our world a better place to live. Sadly, it has create a vast garbage, and make human beings to become slavers.
Thanks to technology, we have possibilities to save money such as less papers for working. Unfortunately, our world has been becoming a messy and huge garbage cabin. Its non-stop development has lead to competitive prices. Everyone afford to have at least one modern technology such as TV, laptop, mobile phone. When a new invention is released like iphone, many people flood in stores to own a fashion one. What wil happen to unstylish means. The response is extremely easy that throw all into the trash can.
We are prisoners of technology. Our brain does not need to conduct as much as possible . All our daily activities depend on modern technology. Computer is the most magnifest example. The whole world will be mess up if something happen to computer. Children have the ability to absorb another language extremely fast. They begin to study a new language randomly by imitating whatever they hear. Many educators believe that is the best way for any language learners. Besides, early children have ability to develop native-like prononciation. Even though almost teenagers or adults know to study bilingual skills, they cannot repeat like children from 5 - 6 years-old. They feel shame when they make mistakes. As a result, old language learners usually study very slow.

Your solution for 1st problem is not right. ESL programs combine 2 level to study together such as advance 1 and advance 2, or intermediate 1 and intermediate 2. In this paper, I distinguish three major problems with the SAT and recommend that SAT should be an option for students who transfer to college.
Students are compelled to get SAT test before they enter to college. However, students have many problems with SAT test which can make students get a lot of stress, decrease students self-confident.
First problem of SAT is the exam’s length because students have to do the test in the long time to complete the SAT’s three sections. Students just have a little break time and restriction on food that students may eat while they take the test. Students do not have enough energy to do good test because of hungry or stress of time. The solution for this problem is people can separate each part of the test which students can do in three day.
Second problem is high school students waste money for SAT. Many students have to get SAT test many times if they want to get good scores. Therefore, students pay money for fee of SAT, books, and SAT essay, ect. The solution is students can prepare and take SAT test for free because the tax should pay the fee for student.
Last problem is SAT is unfair for students who are not speaking English at home or international students. That students may get a difficult and long time to prepare the test because of language. They already have the knowledge in the brain already by their language, they may lose a lot of time to transfer to English. Moreover, most international students finish their high school in your country, so they have a high school degree that the similar to SAT. The solution is international students can use their degree like SAT, and they do not have to take SAT.
In conclusion, university should make SAT be an option for students who want to get scholarship, and have another test for normal students.

I read your outline and references, first of all, your first reference doesn’t have author and date. In the second reference, there are a couple of articles without tag, so I’m not sure which one should I read. The last reference is good, but I can’t find the author’s status and article date. I think that you should represent solutions for each problem.
I think that your 3rd point does not persuade. Because parents might know more than classmate. In your explaination, students don’t need to ask classmate about assignment like due date, because teacher can write the paper in students’ notebooks or post their requirement on the Web. Every time students have a problem in school, they always can ask classmates. For instance, one person do not know what courses he or she can take. In this paper, I identify three major problems with the current SAT test and recommend that the SAT should be optional for the entrance to universities.
The SAT test is compulsory for admission requirement when the students apply to the colleges. However, good students have so many problems with the test that they give up their dream and choose another major as well.
First, although students pay a great effort for preparing the SAT test, the technical problems cause errors in their scores. Therefore, teachers should review the paper again after scanning by the machine. The technical trials are checked before the test.
Next, the SAT test is too fast for many questions. Students cannot have enough time to think careful for their answers. They just skim the questions and give wrong response. The solutions for this problem might be giving more time, omitting some questions, and focus on important points.
Finally, students don’t really believe the SAT is useful in predicting college success. Even though many students could not get high results that are required at some college before, now they graduate from their college with more than 3.0 GPA. The SAT should be gotten rid of the condition of application.
In conclusion, universities should base on students’ actually studying ability in many years to assess applicants correctly and fairly.

Valuable arguments: modern technology, various knowledge that each person is an expert in their field. I have one more idea for you. You can add one paragraph if you want. The older can study the youth’s chacracteristic that is optimistic. It is very important to have a happy life. Almost the older have a lot of experience, so they are sometimes too worry about everything. Their life suffers much stress.
I disagree with the idea that young people have nothing to teach older people even though older people have more experiential than younger people.
First of all, younger people have more knowledge about higher technology than older people, so they can give the older person their valuable opinion.
